Bootcamp: Cardio & strength put together in a workout that changes week to week and utilizes TRX, battle ropes, weights and more. Start your day right!
Butt N’ Gutt: In this workout, we focus on the hamstrings, quads, thighs, and glutes for about 30 minutes, then shift to targeting the abs for a killer core. Sometimes we combine both! Either way, we’ll work these muscle groups to give you the best results. This workout will leave your glutes stronger and firmer while slimming and toning your abs.
Chair Fitness: Chair Fitness is a low-impact, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels. Using the support of a chair, you'll perform exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. For an added challenge, you can incorporate bands and light weights if desired. This class is perfect for those looking for a gentle yet effective workout that promotes mobility and overall fitness. Get ready to move, stretch, and feel stronger with every session!
Chair Yoga: Get all the benefits of yoga without having to get on the floor. Majority of class is done seated, but will incorporate short standing balance and mobility work. Great for seniors or beginners.

High Fitness: High Fitness is a format that incorporates interval training with popular music. It’s simple to follow choreography alternate between cardio peaks and toning tracks. Low impact options provided so you can work out at your own level! So much FUN!

Step: Movements are done on a step platform. This class puts simple step movements together with strength exercises to form a great mixed workout. Emphasis on gluts, legs and core!
