Jump Start Program
Our JumpStart training program is a personalized approach to help you achieve your fitness goals. You’ll work with a personal trainer to create a custom plan and receive guidance during two one-on-one sessions. Over 4 to 8 weeks, we’ll introduce you to strength and cardio training, proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury prevention techniques. We also provide fitness education, equipment guidance, and nutrition tips to fuel your progress. JumpStart ensures your unique needs are the focus as you begin your fitness journey.

Marqie Postl, Personal Training DirectorMarqie, from a small town in Washington, is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams and bring out their inner sunshine. She draws from her personal experiences and strength training principles, adapting her approach to each individual’s unique needs. Marqie focuses on longevity, combining cardiovascular and strength training with flexibility and balance to promote overall wellness.
With several ACE certifications, including Personal Training, Corrective Specialist, Kinesiology, Group Fitness, Strength Conditioning, and Mommy and Me Fitness, she tailors programs to make exercise exciting and manageable for every client. |
Ryan Connor, Personal TrainerRyan is an ACE certified personal trainer and a physical therapy assistant with a passion for sports and helping others stay active and healthy. With a strong focus on hard work, safe form, and accountability, Ryan believes training should be fun and tailored to each individual’s goals. He is dedicated to helping clients not only improve their fitness but also learn new skills and better themselves both physically and mentally. Ryan creates a supportive and motivating environment, ensuring that each session is engaging and effective.

Ashlynn Graefe, Personal TrainerAshlynn is the newest member of the personal training team here at Stillaguamish Athletic Club. She is passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals and is committed to guiding you through your workout plan every step of the way. Being a previous gymnast and coach, she is here to help.

Aaron Heck, Personal TrainerAaron Heck is a Strength & Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience working with athletes nationally and internationally. After founding the Central Washington University Martial Arts Club and earning a walk-on spot with the Wildcats’ NCAA Division II Football Program, Aaron graduated with minors in Exercise Science and Biology, plus an ACE personal training certification. He volunteered as a medical assistant in India, Israel, and Mexico before transitioning to sports performance coaching.
Aaron currently coaches football, wrestling, and track at Marysville-Getchell High School. Outside of coaching, he enjoys swimming, archery, and training for martial arts competitions. |
