Interested in Working With a Personal Trainer?
In addition to the Basic Orientation session, we offer a range of fitness programs to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Our JumpStart training program is personalized to meet your specific needs and goals. You will work with a personal trainer to develop a customized plan and receive guidance during one-on-one sessions. This personalized approach ensures that your unique needs and goals are always the focus of your fitness journey. Once you have booked your introductory session, you and your trainer will set up a series of two one-on-one sessions and work with you to develop a 4 to 8-week guide that will jumpstart you on your way to achieving your goals. During JumpStart, you will receive fitness education tailored to your experience and confidence. We aim to make the gym your playground by introducing you to the facility and equipment. We offer strength and cardio instruction, warm-ups, and cool-downs to promote injury prevention and recovery. We provide a solid foundation in nutrition to fuel your body and help you achieve your potential. Our trainers will guide you during your initial session, tailoring the goals to your needs and aspirations.
Small group and partner private training can be a great option if you want to workout with a friend or two or your spouse. This option can be more cost effective per person, while still providing virtually all of the benefits of one-on-one training sessions.
Not sure what might be the best fit for you? Schedule a free consultation with one of our trainers! During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your goals, complete and intake form, try a training sample, and review our package options to determine the best fit for you.
